About Me

My name is Indra Ramayan and I am a mortgage agent with Dominion Lending Centres Maximal Mortgages in St. Albert, Alberta. My education and background is in accounting and I have worked with self-employed individuals and small businesses for over twenty years. I have always had a passion for real estate and the mortgage industry is a perfect fit for my education and experience.

My true motivation to become a mortgage broker was inspired by my own broker whom I did several deals with over the years. It was early in my dealings with him that I realized that relying only on my bank had resulted in a lot of lost opportunities and the inability to build wealth over the years. Once I was in the hands of a skilled mortgage broker, I was able to make financial decisions that made good sense for both my present and future economic well-being. It was his commitment to excellence and his true regard for his clients that inspired me to become a mortgage broker.

My key message is that mortgages are not just mortgages. They are the key to wealth, whether that be buying your first home, investment properties, recreational properties, restructuring your finances, or using your home equity to finance that dream start-up, education, or travel.
